How Returns Work

We offer a simple, self-service return process directly from your Order Status page, no need to contact customer support to get started.

Start a Return

You can request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To begin, visit your Order Status page in your account and select the items you'd like to return.

When you initiate a return, you'll see:

  • All items eligible for return
  • An estimated refund amount, calculated after applicable fees

Return Fees & Deductions

Please note the following fees may apply to your return:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount

All deductions are clearly reflected in your estimated refund before you submit your return request.

Provide Return Details

During the return process, you may be asked to share additional details such as:

  • The reason for your return
  • The condition of the item

This information helps us process your return as quickly as possible.

Review and Approval

After submitting your return request, our customer service team will be alerted to review your order. Once approved, you'll receive an email with:

  • Your prepaid return label
  • Return shipping instructions
