What’s Really Happening Inside Your Engine
Every internal combustion engine produces blow-by gases. That’s normal.
Blow-By happens
Some blow-by combustion gases leaking oil vapor & fuel past the pistons into the crankcase of the engine.
PCV Valve Controls Flow
The PCV system redirects the oily blow-by gases from the crankcase back into the intake system.
Gases Returns
The blow-by gases mix into the fresh air flowing through the inlet hose to be re-ingested by the engine.
Gases Burn Again
